Booker, Reporter Embroiled in Twitter Feud
Social-media battle began with a Sunday Star Ledger article on Newark mayor's gun control stance
Mayor Cory Booker and David Giambusso, who covers city government for The Star Ledger, have been trading combative tweets since Sunday, when a story by Giambusso asserted that Booker has softened his stance on gun control, NJ.com reported.
When Booker took to Twitter to denounce his reporting, Giambusso fired back, stating he stood by the story.
