DESCRIPTION:On May 4\, 2012 the Pavilion Apartments Tenant President Mr. 
 Sam August was served with Landlord-Tenant Court papers to appear in cou
 rt on 6/21/2012 at 8:30 am for posting flyers letting the Pavilion Tenan
 ts know of the next meeting date/time/place.&nbsp\; The management Alpha
  Properties under the guidelines of Mr. Sean Pena have made it quite cle
 ar that they do not want any tenant association at this property. And ha
 ve made it quite clear that they are not sparing any cost to have Mr. Sa
 m August evicted for this action.&nbsp\; But the question remains "did M
 r. August post those flyers?" And the last question "Is the Pavilion Ten
 ant Association Civil Rights being violated?" by these unfair tatics of 
 Alpha Properties and Mr. Sean Pena??? Remember this is the Mr. Sean Pena
  that stood before the Newark Rent Control Board last September 2011 and
  lied stating that he was one of the owners of Pavilion Properties. I tr
 uly believe that this is a personal matter and want Newark Patch and any
  other media to appear at the courhouse on this date to help Pavilion Te
 nant Association and Mr. Sam August case and story.\nThank You\,\nJanise
