The Family Stone’s Jerry Martini is the original founder of Sly & the Family Stone. The other founding members joining Martini at NJPAC include Cynthia Robinson, a Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee, and one of the first black female trumpet players in a major American band, and Greg Errico, a Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee and R&B Foundation “Pioneer Award” recipient, who is a partner and managing director of Unity Music. He has produced several CDs featuring many world class jazz musicians. Together, they are keeping The Family Stone legacy true to its original sound and raw funk groove. Milo Z calls his music “Razzamofunk”—a combination between rock, jazz, blues and funk. Milo Z has toured the world.
