$10K Lottery Ticket Sold in Newark
Third-place prize ticket sold at News Day in the Gateway building on Mulberry Street.
A Newark newsstand sold a lottery ticket good for a $10,000 prize in the Wednesday Powerball drawing, lottery officials said.
The ticket, which was sold at News Day, located in the lobby of the Gateway building at 100 Mulberry St., was good for third prize. Another third-prize ticket was sold at a 7-Eleven in Budd Lake.
The winning numbers for the Jan. 15 drawing were: 07, 08, 09, 24, 29. The Red Power Ball number was 25.

A $1 million second-prize ticket was also sold at a Paterson Shell gas station, New Jersey Lottery officials said.
The Powerball jackpot is now at $113 million. The next drawing is Saturday.
