It's sad to see another business close its doors on Washington Avenue, that being Flowerama. Today's (5/3/2012) Belleville Times article does mention a reason that many businesses do have a hard time on Washington Avenue, and that is a lack of parking. If you look at Franklin Avenue in Nutley, the businesses are doing much better. There is plenty of parking available. I am sure that was one of the reasons for the Motorcycle Mall moving locations. On the weekend, the place was mobbed, clogging up a lane of Washington Ave. Thankfully, they have decided to remain in Belleville, just down the road.
