On February 3, 1959, the music officially died when Buddy Holly, Ritchie Valens, and the Big Bopper died in a plane crash while flying in a snowstorm to reach the Winter Dance Party. Of course things always get back to food or unusual holidays with me. And I decided to combine “National The Day the Music Died” with National Potato Lovers Month which occurs in February.

So, See how many songs by the late big 3 you can find in this post.

After one serving, taste-testers were crying, waiting, and hoping for our Baked Chipped Potatoes, a new favorite solo among our A-La-Carte Recipe Ensembles. They’ll leave you wanting more, and it’s so easy to make them! After finishing his serving, one of our tasters nodded his head and said, “That’s what I’m talking about.”

True story!
