The City of Newark has announced that starting on Friday, May 11, and continuing for eight months, the right northbound lane of McCarter Highway, from Raymond Boulevard to Cherry Street, in Newark’s downtown, will be closed to traffic.
The closure is being made to accommodate construction work at the site.
