Confusing parking signes just to rip off drivers.

I feel I just got robbed by Newark parking. They put up signs that contradict each other. Is Amador really looking out for the Ironbound and its businesses, or is  so ticked that is choice for mayor lost? Because tickets seem to have started after election. You come to Newark to give the city your business, and you get screwed for it. Can anyone explain the signs on Warwick St? Mr Amador I know your familiar with them, you've received calls even from local business owners. This pure robbery, went to my doctor's office came out to find a $35 ticket. Really? Has this city come down to this? Forget about the thieves, seems like it's city hall is who'll rip you off. Were these signs placed to confuse people and generate revenue? At least 6 or 7 tickets were issued by the 2 (yes 2 parking enforcement men[I refuse to call them officers, they're not even real police]
