Police Seek Public's Help to Locate Missing Man
Rug Miguel Silva was last seen in Penn Station Dec. 4
Newark Police Special Victims Detectives are asking the public’s help in locating a 27-year-old man last seen at Newark Penn Station boarding a train at approximately 12 pm Dec. 4.
Rui Miguel Silva, who is a Hispanic white, was last seen at track 1 of Newark Penn boarding a train.
Silva is 5’2" tall with brown eyes and black hair. He weighs approximately 240 pounds. The victim is classified with Attention Deficit Disorder (A.D.D) and has the social age of a 12- to 15 year-old.
