Feaster considered one of city's 'most wanted'

Federal agents and members of the Newark Police Department’s Fugitive Apprehension unit Wednesday arrested an 18-year-old city man considered one of Newark’s most wanted.

Tyshawn Feaster was arrested around 11 am on Clinton Place on a warrant for aggravated assault. Feaster was also charged Wednesday with narcotics offenses after he was reportedly found in possession of 50 grams of marijuana, Det. Eugenio Gonzalez said.

Feaster was wanted in connection with a shooting May 10 that occurred at 21 Wainwright St. The victim, a 36-year-old East Sayreville resident, survived the attack.
