One man's body found in Newark and another in Fair Lawn hours apart on Saturday.

Two dead bodies were found—about 20 miles apart—along the Passaic River on Saturday.

A white man in his mid-50s to early 60s was found on a knoll near the Passaic River in Newark at about 8 a.m. Saturday, according to NJ.com. There were no visible signs of trauma, but an autopsy is scheduled for Sunday, according to the report.

About four hours later, another man was found dead along the Passaic River in Fair Lawn, according to NJ.com. Fair Lawn police described the man as "middle-aged," but declined to identify him until next of kin was notified, according to the report. This body also did not suffer trauma and there were no signs of foul play, the report said.

Both deaths remain under investigation.
