Blake & Little at Newark Public Library

The James Brown Memorial Lecture Series is proud to present a summer Book Talk for Alfred Blake (The Students Handbook to Breaking All The Rules) and Marc Curtis Little (Magnificent Redemption). While both books possess instructional and inspirational elements, the Handbook is a guide to some of the "errors" you may have made on your own life's journey, and how to survive them. Magnificent Redemption is an urban thriller punctuated with racism, sex and murder; all set in the riveting 1960s. Both Blake & Little are from the Greater Newark area. The Book Talk takes place in the James Brown African American Room, The Newark Public Library, 5 Washington Street, Newark, Nj 07102. Kindly RSVP to Sandra L. West, 973-733-5411.
