Newark Students Learn Basics of Budgeting

New learning center Tuesday opens

Capital One Bank and Junior Achievement of New Jersey Feb. 5 opened the Capital One/Junior Achievement Finance Park mobile learning center, where students will have the chance to role-play as adults for a day to make budgeting and other financial decisions.
