I would highly recomend this store. The service is EXCEPTIONAL. Prior to traveling 40 min. away to Newark to Tuxedo's by Santos, I checked with EVERY tuxedo shop within a 20 mile radius of my home in Englewood to find this particular tuxedo jacket in white with black. Most stores honestly said they did not have it; nor could they get it. A couple of them said they did not have it, but they could definately get it. Only to call me back to say, they could not find this jacket anywhere! One of them mislead me to believe they had it.Excitedly, I ventured out to the store. Only to find out they had lied!!! Oh, I'm sorry, they made a mistake... (A mistake on my gas, my time and my trust!) They did not have that particular jacket but maybe another one would do.NOT! Sounds like bait and switch to me... But I won't mention any names (Jos. A. Banks) I kept searching the internet and calling tuxedo shops.Only to get the same disappointing response. Last ditch effort, desperately, I called Tuxedos By Santos. The lady on the phone assured me that this tuxedo was there. When my son and I arrived at the store, I was greeted by a young man named Hugo. I explained my plight with this tuxedo and that I was told they carried it at Santo's. Hugo informed me that the person I spoke to was mistaken.THEY DID NOT HAVE IT! What? I really wanted to cry! Hugo went above and beyond the call of duty to find the Tux that my son wanted for his prom. He promised me he would find it and he DID!
