A 22-year-old city man was killed Tuesday night in what officials believe was a targeted shooting, the Essex County Prosecutor's Office said in a statment.
Aljiir Davis was shot around 7:43 pm on the 200 block of Muhammad Ali Avenue. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
